Myroslav TABAKHARNYUK Founder, Head of the Supervisory Board				Education – in 1986 graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Oil and Gas, specialty “Boring of oil and gas mines” and in 2002 Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, specialty “Manager of organization” Candidate of economic science. Vice-President of Ukrainian League of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs. Experience in realization of investment projects and working on top positions is more than 20 years.

Yaroslav FALENDYSH General Director				Education – Academy of National Economy of Ternopil, "Enterprise economy" specialty. Experience of working on top positions since 1990.

Nataliya VASYLIEVA Joint Implementation Project Manager				Education: graduated from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a degree in Natural Sciences, and Master Program "Ecology". On the carbon market since 2010.

Victoria KREMLYOVSKA Client Manager				Education: the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman with a master's degree in international economy. On the carbon market since 2011.
